"Families" was awesome!!! I had researched several companies for a swing set for our granddaughter that was made from plastic and avoid all the issues with wooden sets(treating it, sanding it, splinters, etc..) I was not very happy with the other companies and their customer service or pricing. Then I found "Families" and spoke with Barbara who was amazing! She walked me through the entire process, helping me with my decisions and educating me on this product and accessories. The set arrived in no time, was delivered and setup quickly and professionally. Everyone I dealt with were wonderful and friendly. This is a true "Family" business who actually cares about the customer and quality of their product (20 year warranty, WHAT?????). I will buy here again and again! Thanks Families for delivering my first granddaughter the best swing set I have ever seen.

Families provided us with a terrific new shed, customized to suit our needs. They consulted with us on their current inventory as well as options for a custom shad. In the end their selection of colors, designs, and finishes led us to have one custom built to match our house. It was delivered ahead of the suggested timeframe and was carefully placed on our site to our specifications. From our first visit to the completion of the site placement, we were very pleased with the quality product from Families!

FAMILIES is a professional business that is both friendly and kind.
 

So far I am very pleased with the arbor I purchased from FAMILIES. It looks great and was easy enough to assemble. I do have 2 'issues' with my purchase. 1st is that the posts are 2-2x4's not solid 4x4 as I was expecting. Hiding the ground stakes would be easier with a 4x4 and hopefully the joined posts hold up as well as a solid post. The second issue is the use of square drive screws. I simply prefer Phillips.

My daughter had a wonderful time exploring the many options for outdoor furniture, and the lady was very knowledgable and helpful. My two granddaughters love sitting in heir chairs, and the birds are enjoying the bird feeder. Planning to return in the future and I have told my family and friends it is the best place to purchase outdoor furniture, and enjoy the spiritual nature vibe of the place. I was extremely pleased with this project from start to finish. I had a lot of help with the design. The installers did a great job , and when there was a thing or two to be corrected, they came back right away to take care of it. This was a pleasant experience, and now we have a beautiful playground for the children to enjoy for many years to come.
 

Tried to call yesterday but didn't know you were closed. Had to sit on the bench in the rain. I love the set, I have my daughter working on the chairs on my behalf. Expect a call I will pick them up. Maybe a side table as well. Cheers.

Purchased a swing set from Families a month ago. It was an easy transaction. Well worth going to heir lot so our 2 year old could play with the variety of swing sets they had on the site and we could decide what we liked. We'd recommend them to others.
