"Families" was awesome!!! I had researched several companies for a swing set for our granddaughter that was made from plastic and avoid all the issues with wooden sets(treating it, sanding it, splinters, etc..) I was not very happy with the other companies and their customer service or pricing. Then I found "Families" and spoke with Barbara who was amazing! She walked me through the entire process, helping me with my decisions and educating me on this product and accessories. The set arrived in no time, was delivered and setup quickly and professionally.

Families provided us with a terrific new shed, customized to suit our needs. They consulted with us on their current inventory as well as options for a custom shad. In the end their selection of colors, designs, and finishes led us to have one custom built to match our house. It was delivered ahead of the suggested timeframe and was carefully placed on our site to our specifications. From our first visit to the completion of the site placement, we were very pleased with the quality product from Families!
